QWhat is the fee for parking a car 24 hours or longer?
AThe maximum fee for the first 24 hours is 1,000 yen. After that, 100 yen is charged for each additional 30 minutes. However, the maximum fee for each subsequent 24-hour period is 1,000 yen.

QDo you provide garage certificates?
AWe can provide garage certificates to persons who have a monthly contract at the Hiroshima Port Miyukimatsu Parking Area.
Please note that we cannot provide garage certificates to persons who have a monthly contract at the Hiroshima Minato Park Parking Area, because spaces are not fixed in that parking area. -
QCan I specify a parking space? (Hiroshima Miyukimatsu Parking Area)
ANo, you cannot choose a parking space. Also, no changes are allowed.

QHow many days does it take from submission of an application until I can start using the parking area?
AAfter you submit an application to the Hiroshima Port & Harbor Administrating Center, it takes about 1 week for Hiroshima Prefecture to approve your application.
After that, you will be sent a letter of approval (permit) and an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, you will be sent a pass card. Normally, the entire process takes about 2 weeks after an application is received. -
QHow many cars are included in a contract?
A3 cars for businesses. 1 car for individuals.

QI no longer need my parking space. What should I do? Can I get a refund for fees I have already paid?
APlease submit a notification of cancellation.
You will be charged for the entire month that you last used the parking area. Any refunds will start with the following month. Refunds are not calculated on a daily basis.
Please submit an account transfer request form.

QI have a different car now. What should I do?
APlease submit a notification of vehicle change and a copy of your automobile mandatory inspection certificate.
Your car must be less than 5.00 m in length, 2.00 m or less in width, and 2.50 m or less in height.

ACars and motorbikes are not allowed in the parks. Please use the designated parking areas.

AGolfing is prohibited, because it is an inconvenience to other visitors.

AThe parking area accommodates micro buses. The fee is 610 yen, the same as for other cars. However, parking space is limited.

AThe beach is closed after 7 p.m. Swimming is not allowed while the beach is closed.

AThere are shops where you can purchase light meals and beverages.

QWhat days is the beach closed?
AThe beach is open year-round. However, the beach might be closed due to bad weather, such as typhoons. Please contact the office for more information.

QAre there tents or other ways to protect ourselves from the sun?
AThe balcony is divided into 20 sections. Sections cannot be reserved in advance.
Please apply at the administration office on the day you want to use a section (or multiple sections). Fee: 2,000 yen per section per use
